We visited for lunch with family, having specifically searched for a place able to cater for gluten free as two of our group are coeliac. The menu was thoroughly disappointing with no gluten free options, and the soup was served without bread as this was also something not considered. The soup was an incredibly small portion too. I ordered a... More

I am so sorry about this place as I arrived with great expectations. The coffee was undrinkable the Windsor pastie was tasteless and the jacket potato just alright. This is such a shame as if tourists leave with this impression of British hospitality then we have a huge problem.

The shop is lovely and well stocked Butchery prices very reasonable but very disappointed with the coffee shop My husband is disabled and could not walk to see the menu which was written on cards that I was unable to reach as they were situated high on one of the displays I would suggest a menu board at the door... We have been here before and enjoy the experience when in the area. As can be expected everything is a very good quality which of course you have to pay for. Plenty of Christmas things, preserves, hampers and food on offer. In the vegetable section amongst many other purchases we had some strawberries which was a surprise to find when... More

Quite handy as I am local and it is easy to park etc .. The meat is good, lots of different varieties of sausages, pies, pasties, snacks etc. Excellent selection of bread and rolls etc. which is my main reason for shopping there. Lots of varieties of cakes, cheese, vegetables, soups, sauces, condiments and drinks etc Jams are nothing special... More

We are regulars here. It may be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! But the shop has its hidden gems, Royal Roast for £9.95, a pack of chicken legs, more like tukey legs for £4.95. The cafe, managed by Charlotte, never fails to delight. It can be slow when busy, but it is well worth waiting... More

The Farm Shop is excellent. Good choice, quite expensive but upmarket goods so only to be expected. The whole pork shoulder at around £8 is wonderful value and the meat is of the best quality. However, the Farm Shop cafe is a miserable experience. And has been for so long that I am surprised no one has taken it to... More

The farm shop is probably the best food shop I have been to in years .From its vegetables to its meat and poultry to its delicatessen counter you wont find better anywhere .and with a charming tea room for apres shopping. As I say its not cheap but in this case you really do get what you pay for --Quality!

I live locally to this venue and often pop in for quality produce however, today I felt extremely agitated whilst being a witness to the manager (a lady) telling off a member of her staff, indeed I had to wait for her to finish her rant before I could be served. The place was full of tourists and shoppers, very... More
