Overview
More
The Smallest House in Great Britain is a one up, one down cottage measuring just 72 inches across, 122 inches high and 120 inches deep and is listed in the Guinness Book of Records. Built as an infill between two rows of cottages, it was lived in until May 1900 when it was condemned as being unfit for human habitation. The last tenant was a 6' 3" fisherman called Robert Jones. Quirkily, the owner at the time was another Robert Jones, who, in a bid to save the cottage toured the country with the editor of the local newspaper measuring every other small house to confirm that it was, indeed, the smallest house in the country. The Smallest House is still in the hands of Robert Jones' family

Visited this place as a novelty activity but wow! I certainly couldnt imagine living there today! Worth a visit just to see how simple life was and had to be compared to nowadays.

We didn't actually go in the house that was a very long queue and the price was 1 pound per adult and 50p for a child. So we just viewed from the outside. It did look neat and tidy and indeed was very small

The visit will find you spending more time queuing than inside the house - after all there isn't much to roam around once in but DO VISIT it's a great little find even for the photo opportunities! We waited about 20 mins to go in....More

We visited the smallest house in Great Britain, there was a small queue. The lady at the house was very pleasant taking photos of families outside the house and posing for photos with visitors.

Assuming you are coming in to Conwy over the bridge, if you take the first turn off the roundabout outside the castle, the road will take you round to the long stay carpark (Morfa Bach) which is 2hrs/£1, 4hrs/£2 or... More

No! It is the smallest house, barely big enough to turn around in!

Yes, you can. Though there's only enough space to poke your head around!
