Lovely scenery & we were lucky enough to see Puffins nesting (amongst the many guillemots) & a porpoise. Free parking & a short walk to the top of the steps...which are well worth the walk down & back.

This is a place you have to visit! The birds on the cliffs are so cool. Bring your camera!! My trip was actually in July of 2015. I do plan to go again this year when I visit my buddy over there.

I don't think the lighthouse is open, the visitor centre and the surrounding walks are beautiful, you can walk all the way down but not across the bridge to the lighthouse. I heard someone ask if it was still closed but... More

I'm looking to come in mid April and want to do the walk with views of the lighthouse without a guided tour. Do I still need to book tickets and pay or can I turn up on the day? Thank you.
