Although the price of a ticket to go into the castle can be quite steep, if you don't fancy paying to go into the castle there are still some great walking paths all around the castle and the surrounding areas to visit. definitely worth a visit if in the area.

I love visiting this place. It a beautiful folly nestled away in a wonderful forest. Nice little cafe hidden away in the woods too!

Although a little difficult to find, stay with it, you won't be disappointed, excellent exhibition areas, free audio guide is one of the best I've used. Not surprised it's been used for a number of feature film locations. History well displayed and very interesting

Not much to see extra when yo get there but interesting architecture- and kids liked it. Not far from Motorway so we were in and out.

This unique castle is a must visit venue. This part folly/part medieval castle is exactly what you would expect a medieval castle to be like. The audio tour was very helpful and insightful. So many little things that spark your interest. I want to visit again!

Recently visited with my other half, as something different to do than going out for food. Easily accessed with lovely grounds, it's a very aesthetically pleasing place to visit! Even on a cold day it was absolutely boiling for the central heating, so you may end up carrying your coat around like me! For £6.50 each it was well worth... More

Myself and my partner visited Castell Coch on our way home from Tenby. It is a beautiful and well maintained castle. We used the podcast device that was offered at the entrance kiosk this provided us with information about the rooms we were in, the history of the family and the decor. These were really useful, simple to use and... More
