We used the spa facilities on a Monday and I was pleasantly surprised as I'm not normally a fan of spas. The facilities are very good and we enjoyed having the use of it as part of the stay. The pool was good and being a Monday it was very quiet.

Used the Forum Spa facilities as part of our overnight stay in a Signature room on the 6th floor. Pleasantly surprised by the thickness of the robes. Tried the main pool first which was fairly quiet to start with. The jacuzzi was large but the temperature was not hot enough. Would have liked to have sat in the sauna and... More

Had a lovely spa day here on Tuesday, booked a revitalising offer & was well worth the price. Full use of facilities, 50 min revitalising massage and facial (recommend Sam B who was brilliant) Plus light lunch. Have stayed here before a long time ago & although the place is looking a bit tired it never fails to impress.

I was a bit apprehensive about coming to a Spa day on my own, but it was absolutely wonderful. I asked if I could change my pre - booked Deep Tissue Massage to something more relaxing as I have not been sleeping for the last five days, and this was no problem at all. I had a back and shoulder... More

It all started badly when i was told i could use vouchers i had been given but then told i couldn't so had to pay in full. staff on the telephone while i was trying to book were not very helpful or frankly competant as i would have thought a five star hotel would hire. We were told to arrive... More

From unwelcoming arrival, to children jumping into the pool, it wasn't a 'spa' . Have been to other spa days (Senspa in Brokenhurst is excellent) which are tranquil, relaxing places, adults only. This was just like a public swimming pool and changing room. Lunch another disappointment, served on small trays, totally tasteless..Orange juice (concentrated not freshly squeezed) is £2.40 for... Nice relaxing day out at The Steam Temple. Highly recommend doing this 'activity'. When you book the Temple fits up to four people but it's exclusive use to your booking. So if you book for two people like we did then only the two of you are in there. This makes it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Basically you experience the... More

Attention to detail was sadly lacking in what they claim to be a 5 star luxury spa ... the treatments were lovely but the indoor relaxation area was cramped, there were not enough poolside loungers and we found ourselves wandering around looking for somewhere to sit. The robes were huge (extra large man size) which we kept tripping over and... More

Went recently to The Forum Spa, for a Signature Treatment package, that I had to discuss and book via the phone as my Infinity package went down at that time that morning. First mistake, (FYI still not reconnected by BT as I type- that's a whole different unbelievable fiasco). . Second mistake was to book and pay, in full ,for... More

Booked as a pre wedding treat for my daughter. Receptionists and therapist very nice. Enjoyed the mud/steam treatment and light lunch that was included in our £92pp package. However the whole place was in need of updating. The changing rooms were cramped and not very clean and the toilets were extremely smelly! The jacuzzi was not working and I also... More
