You do visit the Carrick a Rede Rope Bridge and The Giants Causeway but you do it on an aged 70 seat bendy bus on an extremely tight timetable which is good if you are on a tight budget looking for a thrill ride but...More

Do you call other bus tour guests 'problem customers' if they have a complaint? That is what you referred to me as when I had a valid complaint.

He attacked me, too. Actually made-up things about me that never happened! Beware!!
Hi Allen's Tours. I have just been looking at many of the reviews that people have been giving about your day tours. Many of them seem great and I had considered booking a tour and then I came across the negative comments. Now, it was not the negative comments that stopped me from booking with you, but the way you have responded to these comments. I've been comparing many tour companies to see which would be the best tour for me to take and when the other tour companies got a negative comment, they always responded in a calm and polite manner, while your tour company was yelling and/or responded in a derogatory manner saying they need to get their facts straight. Now obviously I don't have a question. But, I am going to say that if you don't want to lose customers, you may want to re-evaluate how you respond to negative reviews.

unlike other companies operating in northern Ireland we don't not use a Tripadvisor dump page to put our bad reviews into and we will answer all bad reviews and insults directly and honestly but thank you for your concern.
