You remember as a child watching the tv about the Shankill road . We walked it and were amazed by it , you must walk this road

No visit to Belfast should stop short of visiting the Falls Road and Shanklin Road. It was very interesting to see these homes after hearing about these areas so often on the news when I was growing up. I wish them peace.

The people are welcoming and plenty to look at but its a normal street that connects to city its hardly a attraction except its history in murals mainly of the troubles , the shankill cemetery is worth a visit cause of those in history buried...More

If for no other reason the visit is worthwhile to see the Protestant side murals of the Troubles. It is a sad reminder of that time and also a reminder that the two communities are still divided in their views on NI
