Was told to visit this pub from our tour guide this morning if you wanted a good bit of craic and boy, it didn't disappoint. When in Belfast, this is a must. Traditional little pub just off the main street with beer garden but with the characters inside, you will want to stay in. The Guinness is cold and the... More

This is the distilled genuine article. If you wanted a sense of what Belfast was then and is now, this is the place to go. The pub has honest tradition and history. So much so that it's entrenched in Belfast folklore. To visit is to understand the spirit of the city and the people. The surroundings are original and almost... More

After reading all the reviews we just had to try it for ourselves - and we weren't disappointed. Really quaint old bar and the real fire was really welcoming on a cold day. Again, on recommendation, had to try the stew - really scrummy and very filling. If you're in Belfast do pay a visit.

If you want a very old pub with great craic, music and Guinness then this is the place for you. It one of the oldest, if not THE oldest bar in Belfast.

Met a group of trad musicians & asked them where to find good music in Belfast. Kelly's Cellars was the immediate reply. So off I went, on a Sat. afternoon. Afternoon! Usually trad musicians start about 9:00 pm! Had a really good time! Kelly's is in the centre of the city, very close to the Cathedral district where we were... More

Visited Belfast last month with a friend, many people recommended Kelly's Cellars so we went. It was a Thursday night so it wasn't very busy, but the pub is lovely, the staff were friendly and we loved the atmosphere!

Excellent pub with history written within in. Pints were a good price for central Belfast and clean too. The stew was outstanding value and very tasty at £3.95, perfect for any type of weather too. Returned 3 times in a week long stay. Warm fire is also a plus.
