Came here for work and what a building! Huge floor to ceiling windows and so much history. Saw where anthony trollope use to sit and can just imagine how grand this building was in its prime.

As a postmaster, Anthony Trollope designed the infamous red post box from here. It now houses HMRC and have been at a few business meetings inside, but it is the exterior that remains the most impressive. Also a fixed favourite for the start of carnivals and events in Belfast at the square in front, where many concerts are also held.

Attended the TESCO Taste fest at Custom House Square. What a venue with the glorious Custom House as a backdrop. Great to see TESCO paying homage to our many local suppliers!!! Good fun for all the family!!

This is the epicentre of numerous events throughout the year. The architectural backdrop of the Custom House is superb although more seating here would draw more people to the square when no events are actually on.

Custom House and its surrounding square are often cordoned off for concerts. It is a wonderful building near the waterfront and has 15 steps leading up to the front door. A statue of the speaker is at the foot of the steps and there are sculptures above the windows.

Worked in HM Customs all my life and agree with all reviews that it is an imposing yet beautiful building. All I really ask is that it is called by its correct name - CUSTOM HOUSE not CUSTOMS HOUSE - no S. THANK YOU

Earlier today I attended the press launch of the 2015 TESCO Food Festival at Custom House Square and had a super time. It was superb in that we (invited guests) had clear access to all the stalls. Very important as you can actually manoeuvre properly without the heat and cramped conditions when it's open to the public!!! After speeches by... More
