What a lovely entrance to the Peterhead jail museum. Staff were very nice and helpful and chatty on the way out. Don’t know why it’s there though but wouldn’t the shop and the entrance fees be best served at this lovely entrance? Just a thought

Admiralty Gateway is the name of the complex containing Peterhead Prison Museum, the lifeboat exhibit and some training facility. When visiting the museum don't forget to use the cafe as it has great views over the sea.

Thank you for your feedback and pleased to hear you enjoyed it. Many people have reflected that rainy days adds "atmosphere" to the tour and highlights the conditions here, so pleased to see your comments also reflect that. Much more opening soon. Regards Alex
