Worth while visit even in Autumn. Well signposted walks of varying lengths. Peace and quiet amongst the many, some exotic, trees and shrubs. Enjoy listening to the water rushing through the gorge. Helpful and informative staff.

I have visited these gardens many many times as a stop off point to Tarbert. And never am I disappointed. We stop for lunch and a leg stretch. The small friendly cafe is great value with delicious homemade soups and sandwiches, cakes and excellent coffee....More

Visited today and found the gardens delightful. The Himalayan garden was a lovely walk i.e. The red route. An extension via the white path out and back on the blue path takes you to a splendid viewpoint overlooking loch fyne. Well worth a visit even...More

Visitor centre etc closed when we were there, main toilets were locked but the disabled toilet was unlocked. To me this is more of a forest walk, nothing wrong with that it’s very nice but there are not many flowers. Enjoyed spending time there but...More
