Stopped by for a day out and did some rifle shooting, clay pigeon shooting and a bit of quad biking, we are quite a competitive couple so after I won the clays and my partner won the rifles it was great to end with a nice trek round the hillside on the quads to finish. Or so I thought till... More

We visited last weekend on a stag party. We did the clay pigeon shooting and the quad biking. The shooting instructors were knowledgable and very keen to help with the shooters aim. They were lovely and gave very good advice. The quad biking was great craic and was thoroughly enjoyed by all in the group. Thanks for a great afternoon!

we went to an afternoon .22 rifle shooting at targets. we had never done it before so were given lessons with the guns, 30 rounds practice shoot and 10 rounds competition. surprisingly the girls loved it as much as us men. 10/10

After 3 times rearranged because of weather finally got round to my hovercrafting experience and it did not dissapoint. Although harder than it looks the hovercrafting was still fun with good hosts and made to feel very welcome. Look foward to my next attempt where I can hopefully do a bit better

Highly recommend visiting this great activity centre. Turning up with a stag party of 24 in -4 temperatures and snow the group was dressed completely unprepared but the guys at craigluscar activities kitted us out from head to toe in warm clothing and wellies before taking us shooting. For those waiting they had the comfort of a warm fire, biscuits... More

Thank you very much for the clay pigeon lesson for my husband and brother. A lovely instructor who judged the style of tuition required perfectly. And thanks for keeping myself and sister law with kids, warm in your log cabin, with the wood burning stove and cuppas. Much appreciated on that chilly day! Would highly recommend your centre. Thank you... More

My husband found this via TripAdvisor. We weren't disappointed. After a few practise laps we did the slalom challenge. Good fun. Good host.

We could have bought a jumper for our son's birthday, however, thought Quad Biking might be a bit more exciting alternative. The mile long road {approx.} up to the farm sets the scene for the hour long session on the quads. John had the bikes all ready to go on our arrival, and all we had to do was to... More

We had a great time shooting clays and rifles. John was an excellent host - knowledgeable and very patient! The setting is truly stunning on top of the hills. Unfortunately it was too windy for us to try the hovercraft but we will definitely return if we are in the area again.

Fancied doing something a little different so booked Clay Pigeon Shooting and Quad Biking for me and the Mrs. Never done anything like this before and must say it was a good laugh. Really well looked after, will definitely go back to give the Hover Crafts a shot.
