We experienced a spa day and treatments at Kinettles Hotel thanks to an Itison gift voucher from our daughter. Due to various changes taking place within the hotel and the cancellation of our first date, we eventually enjoyed a great day at the refurbished spa which is now called Fresh Inc. Medispa. The spa facilities were first class and included a jacuzzi, steam room and a sauna. There is also a relaxation room which is well laid out and lives up to its name. Following this, we both received massages of our choosing which were professionally carried out and were very relaxing and stimulating. We both thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from the treatments.

Bought a spa day on ITISON but was very disappointed. We got a phone call in the morning to advise us that the jacuzzi had had to be drained and wouldn't be back up working in time ( I understand this was unforeseen but still a let down). On arrival we found there was not a swimming pool (NEVER been to a spa that doesn't have a pool!!) there was also no bath robes available as they hadnt been replenished from the weekend (we were there on Tuesday) The changing room was very cramped with nowhere to really get changed even with just 2 of us in there. The male general manager walked into the ladies changing rooms to show other ladies around when my friend was getting dressed! The 2 stars are for the lunch which was really good and the beauty therapy girls who were extremely friendly and good at their job! Usually on a spa day you can spend the majority of the day going between gym/pool/sauna etc and the relaxation room but there was nothing to do here so we ended up going shopping in St Andrews. This could only be described as a nice lunch and a good massage. Certainly not a spa day. Glad we got a deal as I would have been demanding my money back had I paid full price!
