Nice wee ruin, but it wasn't on st Mary Street as per listing, but round the corner. I couldn't find any church on said street by the name of holy trinity. The ruin I found was worth a look tho, pretty unique.

This church should not be missed. Real magnificent. Docents were outstanding, too. Almost skipped this place but so glad we did not.

I only saw the ruined part on the main street, but this looked like it was an impressive structure in its time. The ruin had an octagonal feeling

A must place when you go to St. Andrews. In the centre of the city, lovely to visit inside and outside, not busy this time of the year, very interesting and suggestive.

Built in the typically dour Scottish style, the church in the centre of St Andrews is historically very important re the Scottish fight to have their Protestant religion recognised, and John Knox preached from the pulpit here.
The church is well kept with a nice exterior but, at the time of our visit, I was unable to gain access to the inside.

The interior is stark and in keeping with its place in Scottish clerical history. The exterior was lovely and so vibrant with colourful flowers.
Interesting for a brief visit ion a City tour.

Flowers blooming in the kirk yard, art show inside which was very interesting, and a lovely church. It's easy to get to as it is right downtown and provides a nice respite from the crowds and restaurants.

I absolutely love this church. When you walk or drive past you see a beautiful, gigantic stained glass window.
