Lots of things to do and see here from museums to markets. Lots of eateries from many different countries. Music venues and jazz bars. Don't miss it.

This is a smart area of Glasgow with some unusual shops and a huge choice of trendy bars and restaurants.

I love going to The Merchant City. The many restaurants are great, from chippies to Indian, Chinese, Mexican, and everything in between. Fantastic pubs and bars are here too. Traditional Scottish pubs, Irish pubs, comedy pubs, casinos and nightclubs. Always something going on here

Not my scene. If you're a materialstic wannabe or a bohemian "Luvvie".....aye, i'm sure you're happy eating or dining here. Other than Khublai Khan's......i only pass here going to teach one of my Kid's classes once a week. Nice to visit if you're a tourist...More

This area just keeps getting better, Merchant City festival is on so as well as the great selection of bars, restaurants and cafes there were street stalls and the beach !

I actually live in Merchant City, so I can safely say that nothing is too far....you can easily walk into town, whether Argyle Street or Buchanan Street within about 10 mins. There are lots of really nice bars and restaurants about that aren't too expensive...More
