unusual place to visit. unless youre attending a prayer service then you'll need to visit with an arranged guide or on doors open day. ive visited a few times and always found the people polite and courteous. it's only a short walk across the river clyde from the city centre

i really happy there is a great masjid in the glasgow because I was travelling around the glasgow all day, this is a nice& clean place where i prayed maghrib and isya prayers, in a walking distance to the hostel and the city centre (central and queen train station or the st. enoch subway).

Of all the places we've been to in Glasgow, this Mosque was by far the most awe inspiring venue. Calm, serene, tranquil, relaxing and soothing are some of the feelings we experienced. I've been to many Mosques and this was one of the structually better constructions. Next time we'll hopefully book our hotel close to the Mosque. 5/5

Today was "Visit Your Mosque Day", so I took the opportunity and I'm glad I did. I was given a warm welcome, with a brief overview of Islam by a friendly and informative guide. The building itself is simple but interesting, but for me the big benefit was hearing about the beliefs and practices of Islam from someone involved in... More

Situated next to the river Clyde, this mosque looks impressive. It's dome is illuminated at night. It has plentiful parking and can accomodate many worshippers. Style is modern mixed with eastern. Inside is peaceful and serene. Good sound system too.

I went to attend a community event in one of the function rooms and asked cheekily if I could have a guided tour. Our lovely guide found headscarves for the female visitors and gave us a fulsome tour. He answered all out questions and more. Factually it is the largest prayer hall in Europe, it has its own car park... More

Loved it, offered the Friday prayers there. A big mosque with a lot of people. They also serve very nice halal food for those in the mood for some Asian cuisine. The building was lovely. It has a great hall for occasions.
