We were on the guided tour up Cairngorm from the funicular. The guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. The weather was sadly pitiful but hey, this is lovely Scotland!!

We travelled 1.30mins to get here it was worth it. Make sure that you are wrapped up as it was cold on the top of the mountain. There is a cafe that you can get hot food as well.

A revisit made with new fiance. Cloudy but the Funicular Railway was its efficient best and the mountain in patches looks stunning.

What stunning views from the top. Nice cafe where you can eat whilst taking in the splendid vista. The finnicular broke down though so we decided to walk down the mountain. We were very lucky the weather was good as this would not be recommended...More

We took the vernicular to the top and the view was amazing. The only downside was if you took the train you could not get out onto the mountain at the top. Apparently for safety reasons. You do have a small platform attached to the...More

It is so changeable you should be prepared for anything. We visited with perfect weather, the next day was cloudy at the top so would have been wet
