We hired a hide near Loch an Eileen to photograph wildlife. I don't know whether we were lucky but red squirrels visited frequently. There are a couple of fallen trees which encourage them to jump. Plenty of birdlife - we photographed Great, Coal and Blue Tit, Chaffinch, Treecreeper and, at a distance Wren and Jay. We could hear grouse nearby... More

This place is amazing! The burger is to die for, best I've ever had. We bought venison steaks from the shop which were delicious and the best mince round I have ever had. This will be a regular stop for us when in this area from now on.

My partner and I done the clay shooting with Simon. Simon was very informative and a friendly guy who made out shooting experience all the better.

This is a beautiful part of the country We did the segway adventure here and it was so so much fun. The views from the top of the hill were literally breathtaking! I could wander round this area for hours (especially with a segway to play with)

In September I stayed at Rothiemurchus campsite and had an important issue which needed to be resolved. The manager of Rothiemurchus dealt with my concern promptly and in a satisfactory, understanding manner. It is a stunning area and I will certainly return to visit in the future. Thank you.

Clay shooting with Paul was grand. We all really enjoyed it and would recommend to all. The cafe at the centre was a great stop for coffee, decaf tea and scones. 80's disco music and lovely cheerful staff made it rather fun. A must if waiting for an activity to end or writing a postcard. Bravo ladies
