We went last night to review for each of our 3 nights in Inverness. # musicians and more came in. Peter the only vocalist sadly, very sadly could not be heard. We only have to compare to Ireland's trad music where the focus is on the music with all singing, clapping and toe taping along!! Not near the same, we... More

I've been here twice with friends now, after recommendations from other people and being #1 nightlife in Inverness. Out of all the places I've been for a drink in Inverness, Hoots has been one of the more unpleasant ones. The first visit, I got a (warm) Corona, and when out to the "Smokers Outlet" where an extremely intoxicated man annoyed... More

Scottish music on the first floor- Classic Rock on the second and club music on the third floor. Literally something for everyone!

This place was very small inside. Clearly packed because of previous TripAdvisor reviews. That being said, the live music was icing on the cake to a good night of drinking.

Our previous visit to this place was amazing and it didn't disappoint this time. With different music on different levels, lots of choices for drinks and loads of people crammed inside the atmosphere is brilliant and it's the place to go in Inverness on a night out!

The food here is fantastic! Beautifully presented, fresh vegetables really well cooked. Great value for money too. The staff are friendly and efficient. The atmosphere in the pub is wonderful. Really wish we had been able to stay longer for the music, it sounded like it was going to be a load of fun. Definitely returning here on our next... More

Popped in here for a pint and decided to have a meal too. Service was excellent and food outstanding. Live music to follow can't ask for a better night out in Inverness

Great food, great staff, great music. This hotel is the life and soul of Inverness. The staff were exceptional with their service and friendliness and made sure we had everything we needed. The fish was fresh and the portion generous. The music was vibrant and spontaneous. I loved every moment thank you.

Hootananny in Inverness is one of those Scottish pubs that celebrates all things Scottish. Friendly staff and barmen, decent selection of drinks and whiskey, decent and affordable food like Haggis, and every night at 9:30pm, they'll have musicians come and play live performance of Scottish music. It's just a great relaxing friendly place to be in. Visit come early to... More
