Bogbain Farm is a private hire venue suitable for weddings, parties and other events! It is also the home of the Inverness Whisky Festival, BrewDog's Brew at the Bog and the Northern Roots Festival. Please note, as of 2011, the farm has been under new management and no longer has a restaurant, pottery studio, children's outdoor activities, farm shop or insect animal sanctuary. We now focus on putting on fantastic barn events! Bogbain is based only 3 miles south of Inverness on the A9. It’s convenient location means access is easy from anywhere in the country, but it also has oodles of Highland charm, and stunning views across the Moray Firth. The venue can cater for 120 guests for a meal and up to 250 for the evening dance. We also have ample space for a marquee outside.Unique features include a saloon bar, a cocktail bar, red-stone cobbled flooring, a Desperate Dan pie stove, full disabled access and toilet facilities, original stone walls and timber beams, vintage farm machinery and lots of space to have a great time !We are fully licensed for religious and civil ceremonies.

Attended an evening wedding reception, firstly the views over to Ben Wyvis & the Black Isle are outstanding. The set up of the various barns which accommodate the dance, meal, the Saloon Bar etc is well thought out & classy without the formality of a hotel. Staff are attentive & friendly. You instantly feel at home. Lovely wood burning stove,... More

Had our wedding here on Saturday. Absolutely amazing! Laura and the events team were phenomenal from the minute we booked (5 months ago) to the day and even today when we went to collect bits and bobs. They put their hearts and soles into ensuring the day goes smoothly. If your looking for a different florist then Julia at Wild-Gorse... More

Here for my nephews wedding. Quirky and unique definitely made an impression. Loved sitting on the hay bales for the ceremony. Different twist. Thanks for a great day

Our wedding was on 21 May, 2016 and we had an unbelievably positive experience. The staff of Bogbain farm are amazing. Nothing is a problem or too difficult and as a result we were able to give our daughter the wedding of her dreams. The barn is such a lovely venue and it's great to be able to have everything...
