Lovely hidden treasure of a place. Inside is a load of information, bits to play with and clothing to dress up in. Outside are many boats including the scaled titanic, all of which you can climb aboard and take a look. The children loved creating their own adventure stories and could have played for hours. Ok as an adult you... More

We visited this during a short break in the Inverness area with our 4 boys, all 10 and under. This is not your usual exhibition, you are actively encouraged to use and handle everything and although some of the exhibits are a bit tired, the fun the kids had far outweighs that, and to be honest the fact that one... When I first arrived I wasn't sure if it was opened or not. Went with my boys 8 and 11 years old. From the outside it looked derelict and abandoned. Once we went inside throughly enjoyed it, also enjoying climbing onto the different boats. Well worth a visit. My 8 year old got abit freaked out with the sleeping man... More

This "museum" like space is a passionate person gone crazy. It has SO Much to see, of all kinds. Imagine a collection that took over a property. It has to be seen to be understood. Free entry and lots to do. Perfect for children - dress up, games (loved the TurboThunder boat!), exploring and encourages touching displays which is always... More

We were reading a leaflet / booklet about places to visit and saw this place listed. By chance our plans for the day had to change and we decided to pass by Ship Space and have a look. It was fantastic! Great efforts in the setting up of the place have been noted and a big well done to the... More

We were walking along the canal when we saw a sign for this museum. It was based on everything to do with the Titanic, it was a hobby that got out of hand, there is nothing clinical about the displays on view a bit scattered about, but a most enjoyable afternoon wondering about looking at lots of information about that...
