Really enjoyed the tour even though I have been to several distilleries before as it was made interesting by the tour guide Liam's enthusiastic and informative presentation style. Highly recommended.

Thanks to our tour guide Liam who was very funny and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend a visit, even if you aren't a whisky drinker.

Just got back home after a wonderful week in Scotland. One of the highlights was the tour of the Blair Athol Distillery in Pitlochry. We had a entertaining and informative tour of the distillery and learned so much about the process of whisky making. A big Thank You to our guide, Derrick, how made the tour a great success. He... Being a fan of single malt rather than blended whiskies I wasn't sure about visiting the 'home' of bells whisky, but went with an open mind, and prepared to keep my mouth shut! Pleasantly surprised. Shown around at the process for making the Blair Athol single malt, which does go in to bells, bit is also sold as a single malt... More

As you drive north into Pitlochry you will spot this stone-build distillery opposite the BP petrol station. Tours run on the hour and take about 45 minutes. I have been on a few distillery tours and can never remember how to make whisky but credit to David our guide who explained the process extremely well with plenty of facts mixed... More

Thoroughly enjoyed this tour of approximately one and a half hours, led round by a young, very pleasant lady called Karen who explained the whole process in a most interesting and easy to understand manner. I now know so much more about this Industry and also enjoyed the dram at the end of the tour!

We expected a quick tour round a corporate distillery owned by Bells, however we were treat to a fascinating and informative journey round the Blair Atholl distillery with an informative, entertaining and engaging tour guide. Derrick was fantastic. My wife, no whiskey drinker, enjoyed his polite banter, whereas I, a seasoned whiskey drinker, took full advantage of his obvious delight... More

Visited the Blair Atholl distillery whilst on a short break to Pitlochry. The buildings and surrounding grounds are well maintained (and although we visited on a wet Tuesday in January, I'm sure they must be a riot of colours in spring and summer ). Ian, our tour guide, was interesting and gave an excellent description of the process of distilling... More
