A magical place of outstanding natural beauty at the foot of the Black Cuillin mountains. The Fairy Pools is becoming increasingly popular so when you visit, please drive carefully on the single track roads, follow the parking enforcement notices and take all your litter away with you. There is a WC at the nearby Glenbrittle Campsite along with some great coffee c/o the Cuillin Coffee Co.

Thank you and we hope you enjoy your visit!

These pools cannot be seen from the road but the walk really is worth it! The further you go the more the pools reward you! It felt like we could go right up to the mountains and still see more pools but as it was a muddy day and the rocks were slippery we were not that confident. We did... More

A series of pools with waterfalls which have some interesting water created rock formations. The walk isn't very hard but it is quite steep at the beginning/end. It can be quite muddy in places if the weather has been bad. The road to them is single track and the car park fills quickly so often best to get there early... More

We walked to the Fairy Pools with our two children (ages 9 and 11) and we all absolutely loved it. It is an easy hike and the views are just stunning. The fairy pools are beautiful!

I was underwhelmed. The pools, babbling river and miniature cascading waterfalls were lovely. It's a beautiful place to sit and relax for hours and a delight for photographers. Except... every tourist in Scotland heads for this one location. The parking was insane and there was a steady stream of people walking the 1 km path. Plan for a day and... More

The hike to the Fairy Pools is not too difficult. The sun appeared when we reached the pools, and the water appeared emerald green. Fantastic views all around. So quiet and peaceful. Worth the drive to get here.

The area is so beautiful, your eyes can hardly believe what you are seeing. We enjoyed the walk to the fairy pools, they did not disappoint. The only thing lacking were toilet facilities, with the amount of people visiting something needs to be provided.

Not quite like a lot of the photoshopped pictures online but naturally beautiful! Make sure to look at your route and pay attention to the road signs as it's not a very big sign!! Also a little walk to the pools so wear sensible shoes and take a snack!! So glad we went, stunning!!

By far one of the highlights during our last stay, nice walk, great waterfalls everywhere with deep blue colour! We were lucky to visit between 2 showers and before the midges! It does get crowded though! Might be a bit tricky with very young children, but our daughter managed pretty well! Will return on my next visit!

Nature at its best and not too far to climb. The fairy pools are so beautiful and the little waterfalls make the crystal water look like it's dancing. A must see.
