Although touted in the Rick Steves guidebook as Dublin’s most rewarding traditional music venue, we were disappointed. On the night we attended (May 23) the vast majority of the crowd was not listening to the music but engaged in loud conversation. The bar was crowded...More

Live music? That quite normal for Dublin. But two separate live music next ot each other were just perfect. Add amazing beer and of course atmosphere and you have an amazing place at nightlife Dublin, if you get tired from Temple bar.

it is a very irish pub. I take four beers and they were wonderfu. Inside the pub there were a group of irish people those sing with guitar and something like that.

This is a bit further out from town so there aren't that many tourists who visit. We popped in while there was some live music going on which we really enjoyed. The beer range is good too.

It was very busy when we are there. We can't come in to drink a pint of Guiniss, but we saw and heard the typical Irish music. It had also the smell from a pub.

There was singing as well. A couple people were there just to sing traditional songs, some a'cappella and some with musicians there. Have fun. Amazing place!

I'd give it a google or ring the pub, but would be surprised if they didn't allow children in.
