Ireland's biggest and best department store located on Grafton Street Dublin. High end only and expensive but something special for all. As their old advert said there really is no place like Brown Thomas! An Irish retail icon.

my friend had already eaten here and said it wasn't great, but as it was pouring down outside, we decided it was worth a second chance... that was the wrong move. She's on a no carbs and had the shrimp cocktail, not too bad, except it was served to her in a glass with a chip out of it. I... More

Very central in Grafton street..the concierges opening the doors is very grand. I always feel that this store is so expensive. Was looking at a handbag 70% off priced at 300 euros..way out of my league. Plenty of makeup and beauty. Loads of shooping floors and shops. We didnt go to the restaurant so cant comment. When in Dublin its... More

Having visited this restaurant in June 2016, we were looking forward to renewing our acquaintance with it. We both started with the soup, which was excellent. For mains Tony had crab salad, which was delicious, and I had the burgher, which was not. The meat was dry, with very little flavour, and luke-warm. When the waiter saw my plate he asked... More

Very disappointing. Breakfast was barely edible. Poached egg over cooked, sausage raw on inside and rashers mainly fat. Whole lot looked like it had been broiled. Avoid.

We visited on Saturday morning for breakfast and had a very disappointing experience. They appear to have lots of staff however there is zero organisation. We heard so many complaining that they were waiting to order and we ourselves waited 15mins for our order to be taken eventually we had to ask to be served and waited again another 40mins... More

This store is fabulous for shopping all great brands. The service and staff are excellent and the general ambiance in the store is very special. It is very disappointing that, despite many refurbishments over the years, the store has never addressed the very poor rest room facilities. Considering the high volume of lovely ladies spending their money in the store,... More

The quest for perfect make up is never ending. The make up market is saturated between advertising, celebrity endorsement and blogger reviews its is overwhelming trying to figure out what works for you. My make up just wasn't working anymore so I booked an appointment with Aidan from the Beauty Style Team. Their promise "offer a bespoke beauty service, just... More
