Walking into this shop will leave you with a feeling of displeasure, so avoid it. Rather go to Peterson, James Fox or online. In terms of customer service: some staff are arrogant, obnoxious (for example he will throw the products on the counter if he doesn't like your head). Also, cigars are overpriced: 10 mini partagas for 20 Euros, 10... More

Many thanks for your review as we appreciate all feedback. Please note we have never stocked Hamlet cigars and our Partagas Mini are 25 Euros (you may have the wrong premises). I always visit here when I am in Dublin to buy cigars for my husband. They have a lovely selection of cigars, great condition and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices are very good and to be fair they will always pass on any offers they may have on the day. I have also had cigars posted here and they... More

For all of those guys out there that need a few minutes for themselves after marathon sight seeing and then shopping..aaarrgg......with their spouses all day, this is a great refuge. You will be warmly greeted by a sympathetic host who will patiently lead you through your cigar shopping experience, then offer to cut it for you before you leave. Always... More

I did not know what to expect when I went in. Paul was a great host, Knowledgable on cigars, and let me tell you. Well worth the trip.

Nice collections of cigars. Somewhat found them cheaper than other places I visited. Bought two cigars. The chap working there was knowledgeable and knew his cigars. Do recommend a visit here if you are in Dublin.

This is an attractive and extremely well-stocked store with a huge international selection of cigars. I'm sure I could spend hours here sampling all kinds of carefully selected products. I purchased a box from these guys which, due to an oversight, had already had cigars taken from it! All it took was a quick email and they resolved my issue.... More

I was mesmerised by the accoutrements with the activity of cigar smoking... the smell of the tobaccos used were intoxicating rich tones which sent me back years in my memory... I am a non smoker but called in to see this emporium as it is worth it...

Welcome to the club, Americans. These guys are amazing. You realize once you're there that this is not a visit to a cigar store....its an induction into a lifelong relationship. The selection of cigars...including Cubans...is quite amazing. The sales staff is very knowledgeable. You leave the store realizing that this is now your purveyor of great cigars for the rest... I am not a big fan of cigars but my spouse is, so we went there to have a look. It was well worth the long walk! It felt like coming in to another world, walking in to the store. I liked the smell, a fruity, spicy smell from all the cigars, reaching you already as you opened the door.... More
