We learned more about the political history here than anywhere else in Dublin. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. Our best stop while in Dublin.

steeped in history especially with regards to irelands fight for independence from the english. Very interesting to see the conditions prisoners had to live in over a century ago.

A really good way to pass the afternoon and a great insight into Irelands troubled past. Get the bus or a taxi as a long walk from the city.
