First of all, you have to be up early to get tickets from the visitors' centre from 9.30. You could be lucky if it's out of season and there's less demand. When I went, there were 2 groups before me at 9.15am. I brought my...More

We were on a tour of the city and had entered Phoenix Park where we passed the building. Shortly after leaving the park, we heard sirens as the president's motorcade passed by us. Interesting place.

We took the free guided tour of the Aras. We found it very informative and interesting - a great way to spend an hour. Our guide Lief - was great and a pleasure to listen to.

had the privilege of being invited to two garden parties here last year, what a magnificent place it is!! The gardens are sublime and the history of the House is amazing. Both times we had food in the marquee, which was absolutely delicious.

We were invited to take a tour with my school to the Aras recently and really enjoyed this unique experience. The staff were extremely accomodating, answering all of the children's questions and giving us a glimpse into the life of the Irish president.
