I had chickpea with potatoes and coconut milk. It was delicious :) never tried it before. The desserts are good too. They seem to be home made... The prices are not too high. The place is nicely decorated. A peculiar old man is part of...More

If you're north of the river, been to the James Joyce house..... Etc, then find time to have a coffee here. Delightful place, welcoming staff, lovely back garden. You would expect this here.... Do put it on your list.

We loved the food and the welcome we received in this beautifully decorated cafe opposite the James Joyce Centre. It's a haven of peace in the middle of Dublin's bustle, and the chickpea curry was delicious.

Hearty lunch prepared by warm Mayo chef! Teen devoured delicious soup and more-ish sandwich. Great spot to have a chat with loved one or catch up with a friend. Lofty ceiling and faded glory...relaxed. You have to tune in with the owner!

Pleasant lunch place that we found on "Dublin's Ten Best". It is near the James Joyce Museum on the north side of the Liffey. The menu is limited, but the soup and sandwich special was quite good and very reasonable for Dublin at €8.90. The...More
