This place is tucked in behind buildings and streets - there's no real obvious entrance from a main road (that I saw). It was worth the effort of finding because once you get inside, it's an oasis of green grass, trees, and peace. I saw...More

The Iveagh Gardens in Dublin, very central, near St Stephen's Green, is a wonderful hidden gem and well worth a visit. It's peaceful and beautiful with working fountains, well kept lawns and plenty, plenty of space. Grab a coffee locally and take it with you...More

Lovely hidden park in the middle of Dublin 2, great for a walk and to have lunch. They also have great events there.

Since it was highly rated on Tripadvisor we decided to walk up there from our hotel. I wish we had done something else. All there was to see was filthy water filled with rubbish.

Other than concerts being held here this is a very quiet spot close to the center of Dublin. Perfect for a stroll and easy access from Harcourt Street via Clonmell Street. Tranquil peaceful surroundings on a Sunday morning.

I guess our timing was bad for blooming flowers. With "Gardens" in the title we were expecting more. It was pretty, just not what we were hoping for.

Our first time in Iveagh gardens for the Passenger gig and it was great. A lovely intimate venue, it was a perfect night weather wise, lovely crowd, great music what more can I say, fantastic! Would definitely go again!
