This place rocks and is so quaint and historic. I'm not much of a whiskey drinker but after the tasting we enjoyed I could easily become an avid whiskey drinker. You must try the Green Spot, Yellow Spot and the Red Breast 12 all are...More

Not sure I want to let others know but this is probably not a Dublin secret anyway! If you're looking for a quiet, old fashion Dublin Pub, without the hordes of tourists or hen/stag parties during the day, then this gorgeous place has everything you...More

Friendliest Pub in Temple Bar. Always meet a local willing to chat. Not cheap, but worth the experience. A "must do" for at least one drink.

We try to visit the Palace Bar whenever we are in Dublin. Traditional pub at the edge of Temple Bar with a 'local' clientele and a number of journalists. Good atmosphere! Recommended.

What a wonderful local pub. Some tourists but also plenty of locals. Great beers and whiskeys. Lovely seating area which helps to invite visiting between tables and chairs. A gem of a place!
