Very, very helpful staff, well laid out and lots to see and do. We took our grandchildren here and they enjoyed it hugely. There are exhibits from all over Ireland, even our hometown of Greystones, from where they got the rocket launcher and cart. The...More

Husband wanted to see this and glad he did. We took the Tara Street DART to Dun Laoghaire and it was an easy trip. A little walk to the museum itself. A compact museum that shows the pride of the docents. Brian and Sean were...More

Coming from a family with sailors ancestors I had just to admire and respect the place of worship of those brave people and their way of life. People from the museum were so keen to show and explain.

One of Ireland's most underrated venues. If you want to learn about Ireland's ( Dublin's historical background to travel between the first and " second" cities of the Empire) you HAVE to come here and hear about The sinking of The Leinster And Captain Halpin....More

Not the biggest museum, but well laid out and some nice exhibits in a lovely church location. The rotating light from a lighthouse in the front is dramatic, and there are nice models and just the right amount of information on boards.

Very cool, interactive museum, which used to be an old church. Unfortunately the upstairs was closed, but I intent to visit this museum again with friends. The volunteer ‘guide’ in the museum was very nice, he chatted with everyone.
