Went to see Berthold Brecht's "Caucasian Chalk Circle" performed by the students of the Drama and Theatre faculty at NUI Galway. Absolutely brilliant performance. This is a small, very intimate theatre which - unfortunately - does not have regular performances but only special events.
We saw their "Henriad" performance of four Shakespeare history plays at the Kilkenny Arts Festival.

if you want an intimate theatre experience then see a production at Druid or The Mick lally theatre...it's quaint, intimate and rather quite jolly...once you enter you know you are in a special place...I saw 'be infants in evil' last night a very dark play...More
