A walk along Quay Street is a taste of olde Ireland that gives you everything from street vendors, to soup shops and bakeries, to clothing stores, to real Irish Pubs or tea rooms if you prefer.

busy, busy in the day time with lovely restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment. And equally as busy in the evening with fabulous restaurants to eat in, all boasting excellent food. Bars great craic and always some music going on. It really is the heart of Ireland here, you'll love it!

Nice shops, no traffic, lots of buzz around the place. Lots of places to eat and grab a drink al fresco if the weather is good enough

Quay Street is a great spot to wander in the evenings. My husband would stroll the street and grab a whiskey in a couple of the bars. So many street performers, musicians and energy! We never felt bored if we chose to spend the evening in Galway.

The Latin Quarter is renowned for craic, lovely mix of cafes, restaurants and bars. Of all sizes .... small , medium and large. There will be someplace for you to eat and drink or just sit outside and watch the world go by. Cafe life and the livin is easy.
