Pretty waterfall only a short walk

This waterfall is close to the roadway and thus easily accessible to all. It is a pretty waterfall and the walk to it is along an open gorge surrounded by forest and ferns.

Its a nice waterfall. However once you have seen one waterfall you have seen them all...almost. You can get to the Torc waterfall either by driving up a long and winding one way it appears road or you could have traveled another 40 yards and the entrance would have been on your left..thanks tom tom. Anyway, very nice spot to... More

If you haven't seen a waterfall this is great, however, it's smaller than most. It's still beautiful. There are steps after the waterfall to go up further, but the views from there aren't great so don't take the steps. The attraction takes probably 5/10 minutes of your time.

The falls are a short five minute walk from the car park. The car park has bathrooms that are kept clean. There are also three hiking trails you can go on if you want to continue past the falls. The blue and yellow trails are short and less intense, but require some stair climbing. The red trail is intense and... More

I just love the different colours in all the trees and foliage on the walk from the car park to the falls. The light in this part of Ireland is constantly changing and so the vista also. It is so peaceful and then the sound of the water falling over the rocks is pure music.

The walk to the waterfall was beautiful! The actual waterfall itself is nice but not spectacular - if you are from a place where you experience extravagant waterfalls, you may want to skip this one ...

We drove to come and see the waterfall and was not disappointed, worth a visit although you can go on a longer nature trail walk we decided not to do this because it was late in the day.

The waterfall is a short slightly uphill walk from the parking lot. Very nice waterfall and very interesting moss covered trees. The bus tours can be problematic with the volume of people all at one time but we were in between tours. There is also a public bathroom adjacent to the parking lot.

A beautiful must see just outside Killarney. Visited here while walking the grounds of Muckross House and Gardens.
