For those looking for places to visit this has been closed for some time. It was a nice visit when opened but looks very bad now with the thatch becoming overgrown with weeds. A sad view on road from Listowel to Tralee. Do not mix...More

This beautiful thatch (near Kilflynn) has been badly neglected as it closed a few years ago. It was the hub of a community and my kids used to love visiting the animals here. It breaks my heart to see the state it is in now....More

The Day in the Bog is not open at present. Not sure when it closed but it has been well over a year already, maybe longer. We used to eat there occasionally. The food was good pub grub fare with a daily roast dinner option....More

I couldn't believe that anyone would call an attraction this and we stopped for a late breakfast. It was brilliant...an enormous spread with eggs, bacon etc and chips...before 11am!...lots of lovely tea and toast! Was full as an egg at the end. Didn't see the...More
