Considering my grandparents live here I had to write a review! It’s such a nice little village with pretty surroundings and loads of countryside very close by. Great for avid walkers (like myself)

Visited Nicholas Mosse Irish Pottery in the village. Lovely little set up and whilst we didn't buy any pottery we did have tea and scones in the little restaurant where the service in super and the food is as good. Well worth a visit.

Lovely Village with good fishing, bars , wax works, museum (founder recently deceased) restaurants. Lovely place to stop. Nice walks around village and along river bank. Also good walk along the river for the historic medieval City of Kilkenny.
