Very happy to have come across this little museum, a model in the centre tells the story of the medieval town, whilst the wall are adorned in interesting pieces from the towns history, There are some books available to buy also

I have tried on multiple occasions over many years to get into the Kilmallock Museum but it is simply never open. It is on the route down to one of the many wonderful historic buildings which are open but the Kilmallock Museum never is.

This must be the smallest museum I have visited but it is crammed full of good information about the town with a leaflet pointing out the highlights to visit. An excellent place to start your visit
