We like factory tours for almost any kind of product. We expected this to be light on information / processes and heavy on post-tours sales. Not so! .Much better than expected. The opportunity to see the master craftsman doing real work was fascinating.

A bit quick at times to start with, it would be good to linger and look at the displays but an amazing tour. Never realised how much work went into each piece of glass- makes you appreciate the price tag!More
