After a visit to Harry Potter studios (if you stay at the nearby Premierr Inn) this is a great place to get some fresh air. Lots of space, play equipment and interest. In warmer weather they have a water play area.

Very nice park, perfect for winter walks and summer picnics but it does offer more has a canal at the bottom and is currently undertaking a huge renovation. Has a couple of kids playgrounds, cafe and couple of new training areas.

Cassiobury Park has something for everyone and a visit is a must if you have a family. The children love the water features and playgrounds and walk along the Canal bank and watching the barges pass through the lock are unforgettable.

One of the best parks in Watford with 190 acres of green space. Great for children and adults. There are Paddling pools, Miniature Railway, Playgrounds, a Cafe and so much more. Walking along the Grand Union Canal on a sunny (or any) day is an amazing experience.

This park is such a wonderful facility and I really don't use it enough!!! Trees everywhere, wonderful variety of spaces and great for a stroll anytime! There is the River Gade, newly redone kids playground, the relocated bandstand, the wonderful Cha Cha cafe, football, tennis, green bowls, croquet, park runs ....... No excuses - take a look! Take a picnic....enjoy!

Can't ever say enough good stuff about this park-or about the running of it. I use the park a minimum of couple of times a week all year round. Saturday parkrun is a weekly fixture as well as early morning weekday runs and getting down to the canal for long Sunday slogs. It's always full of amazing wildlife, friendly people,... More

This is a lovely park. Beautiful walks in woods and beside rivers and canal. Lots of play areas for children and space to be oneself too. There are 2 cafes at least and plenty of facilities. We visited the cha cha cafe and walked the canal to Croxley. Watford station is also very convenient.
