I suppose that first and foremost, our grand-kids love the place - but i still have concerns about older children playing in non-authorised areas, and the lack of supervision to... read more

I have previously attended giddy Kids for a bit of an afternoon play. When I arrived , the staff was rushed off their feet and it was dirty. Whilst my children were off playing I went to order some food and drinks for us. After paying quite a bit of money just for 3 meals, the food was luke warm... More

As you may have already read on previous reviews this place has gone MORE than downhill it is disgusting and disgraceful. The place is utterly filthy and unhygienic. The management treat staff like dirt and I witnessed 2 young girls who worked there getting verbally attacked by another member of staff in the car park outside. The things she called... More

To start off this review on the dirtiest child area it has gone really down hill since under new management it has also gone way up unbelievably in price.I wanted a seat in the middle area so the play area was right in front of me to keep an eye on my three children near enough all of the tables... Attended a family birthday party recently in this place. The party food was very poor even for small children and the few food items to buy were seriously overpriced. The place was very tired and rather scruffy and on a cold night most people had to keep their coats on for the 2 hours. Frankly, it's just a dump in... More

Took my girls (3 & 5) today for a play and met some friends. There was rubbish not picked up in the seating area. The staff seemed rushed off their feet. It was a busy Saturday morning but I would suggest more members of staff. To order a drink the wait time was 20minutes and even then my coffee had... More

After school I took the boys to Giddy Kids for their tea. I'd heard it was going down the pan but we went last week and it was fine, although we didn't eat then. It was cold and dark in there but the boys didn't mind - they were running around like loons. I ordered some food a little before... More

Used to visit here alot and enjoy a brew and some good food while the kids played but me and a friend visited with our children today... The entry price has gone up dramatically and the food is appalling... a crappy half hearted toastie with a teeny amount of cheese and scraping of salad that looked like it had been... More

I suppose that first and foremost, our grand-kids love the place - but i still have concerns about older children playing in non-authorised areas, and the lack of supervision to control such behaviour. Basically, the place is often short-staffed, which leads to a struggle concerning control; serving of food and drinks, and keeping the place - including tables and chairs... More

My kids love this place, it is a good affordable place to take them and they also do birthday party bookings of which we have had numerous, be warned though in school holidays this place is like a zoo. Another good point though the coffee is excellent! Friendly staff and the kids will be worn out after a couple of... More
