On the whole not a bad course, however the state of the tees left something to be desired. Most of the tees were all weather ones, but in need of being renewed. We came to Heaton park so see the old Blackpool trams and to do some geocaching. Park is always clean, but I did notice a few people letting their dogs poo on the grass and not picking it up. They call this, hart attic ally, hills on every hole, but keeps you fit, and if you love golf, you will love the challenge.

Travelling by tram to Heaton Park with my two children, unfortunately we found it was a long walk to reach the main playground (approx. 30 mins) - we were tired as we had already walked quite a distance already that day. Heaton Park is a great park, very well maintained, i play the golf course very regularly and its great everytime, good value for money and a very challenging course on some holes.

we live a stone throw away from the park and know it well. Beautiful views over lookiing manchester/parts of bury. the park is highly maintained. we love to take the kids whateer the weather. The park has all kind of events at all times of the year such as halloween ghost walk ... santas slay.. cancer run ... fun fairs... More

i,ve been a few times with family (hubbie &2 kids 2/11). great day espically if weathers nice- can go on train ride £1 per person takes you around the park. Its got a farm section with pigs larmas rabbits ducks goats and chickens. theres a couple of places you can eat whick the food is nice, also ice cream vans... More

My 4 year old granddaughter and my self had a truly wonderful day out in Heaton Park wandering around there spacious walkways taking the sights of all the animals farm and wild ones together with the play areas we had a brilliant day.
