It is well worth a trip to view sights when in Pau. There were lots of stores and shops.... Restaurants were ample but not exceptional.

It's a beautiful spot for meandering along, watching locals and taking in the views of the mountains. Some nice bars and restaurants along here too.

This is a great place to walk, sit, enjoy, take pics. Very scenic view of the Pyrenees Mountains that are off in the distance. My only complaint is that it was very hot the two days that we were here.

We were not really sure what to expect from Pau but took the advice and followed this path and were absolutely gobsmacked by the views! Absolutely amazing at all times of day (night time brings other amazing views), and well worth having a look.
