Really interesting tour of the naval base - the staff were very nice to us and did the tour in both French and English - thank you! Definitely recommended, one doesn't get to see this often

A well preserved Chateau dating back to Roman times. Great place if you are a history buff. Brest dates to 400BC. Center of ship building and exploration as well as WW11 German occupation. Really is a cool place.
