A lovely area full of history. Great walking and a gastronomic delight awaits. The old town walls are fascinating. Plenty of street cafes for that early morning grand creme!

As other people have said, it doesn't seem to attract the crowds of the town. Lots of riverside bars and restaurants with bags of character. Not a lot of car parking but, if you're fit, you can walk down from the town. Ever so pretty

This is a pretty stretch of the river. When you arrive in Dinan the viaduct above is significant, and pretty. Stop in town for a bite or drink if you're passing through.

Rent a bike in Dinard and bike the green path between Dinard and Dinan. This lovely bike path is a wonderfull experience. Have lunch in Dinan along the canal. There are many restaurants there.
