This is a private collection of the Zervos family donated to the city of Vezely which is a beauty in itself. The museum contains paintings, sculptures, monographs, letters etc b wonderful artists as Picasso, Paul Klee, Kandinsy, Giacommeti, Miro and many others who worked in...More

We spent an interesting hour in this beautifully-designed small gallery and very much enjoyed its Calders and Picassos, and Legers, in particular. The building itself is a poem of modern design in an ancient building, and the terrace with sculptures is a charming space. The...More

Musee Zervos is a contemporary art museum in Vezelay that has one room dedicated to Romain Rolland. The art collection is impressive and the old town is very attractive.

A great collection of real treasures - from beautiful Cycladic pieces to a huge Fernand Leger mural done for Jean Badovici's house in the village. All in the beautiful old house of writer Romain Rolland.
