Many years ago long before the range of calendar dates suitable for indicating the time of my visit were made available for completing this review I made a first visit to this office. I found it to be a good place for speaking French and I did use the word "entourage" to explain the meaning of another English phase to... More

I visited this facility early on in my stay in Tours. There is a plethora of information to be had on things to do in the area. There is a small gift shop area as well. It appeared that the staff, both if which were friendly, welcoming and professional, spoke other languages, including English, but as I was there to... More

My iPhone actually located this spot. Since it was near my hotel & I went in to a first class facility staffed by two wonderful ladies - both very fluent in English. The lady that I spoke with listened to my desire to visit two chateaux & recommended a company "Touraine Evasion" (which I will review separately). She called the... More

Very friendly and helpful staff in the easy-to find office just a smidgen from the hyper centre of Tours. Plenty of maps and brochures to take away.

Needed to get my Pelegrín credential stamped, which wasn't a problem. I also bought some postcard. Unfortunately, they did not had enough change for my €20. Staff went to all lengths to arrange that. This is one of the bigger tourist offices I've been too. Actually had to stand in a queue. Staff are friendly and multilingual.

With all the 5 ratings i expected fire works and a milk shake. Actually it was fine. We booked our chateaus(french castles) here. They do speak decent English.
