Such an amazing building. Very beautiful stained glass windows. The whole building has a sense of peace, disturbed only by so many people taking photographs.

A holy place with a famous name. Walked there from the neighboring arrondisement and queued up for a short moment before being allowed in. If you're planning to visit the higher levels, you'd need to get a number or book it online earlier. Otherwise, the...More

A fine example, admire the stained glass, statues and woodwork whilst remembering just how old this place is. We visited during mass which was interesting. It's just as good on the outside as well.

Notre Dame is the most famous church for a reason - it is truly spectacular. There is no reason to skip it! Half us us didn't go up into the towers because of the stairs, but those of us who went were rewarded with a...More

Two islands sit in the middle of the Seine at the very

sparkles with history. This is the birthplace of
Paris, the home of the Gothic Sainte-Chapelle, and the
site of the prison where Marie Antoinette was held
before her execution. Tourists flock to see the iconic
Notre Dame and the beautiful bridges that straddle the
Seine. Ile Saint-Louis, the more provincial island,
