Very lovely antique store

This is a very lovely high end antique store, not the actual museum. Very nice collection of fine art, jewellery and antiquities.

Get there early and expect a wait.Once in know what you want to see as you can lose hours just walking around lost in everything it has to offer. My number one was the Mona Lisa and the line to get close is huge. It is roped off but you get about 6 feet away and that's when a selfie... More

Took us a few minutes to figure out how to get into the museum but we eventually found our way, very impressive overall and lets not lie, nearly everyone there is going for one reason which is to see the Mona Lisa, expect at least 100 people to be standing at the painting when you get there minimum. The rest... More

Located in a former palace, Le Louvre is an absolutely immense museum filled with historical and valuable pieces. Enough has been said already about it, mostly good and some bad. Forget the security, that's the world we live in, and forget about the commercialisation of having to exit through shops to get out. Instead focus on the place itself, beautifully... More

The place certainly has potential, what with luxurious interior malls and good location for luxury shops. But the trouble is -- there are only a few shops there, apparently specializing in antique clocks and jewelry. So, unless you want to spend a lot of money on jewelry or an old ornate clock, or look at security guards with leashed alsation... More

We spent about 2 hours walking around. It wasn't that busy and only took about 15 minutes waiting in line. I expected more. If you're into museums this is the epicenter. You could easily spend more than a day walking around. The audio tour was nice. We didn't find anywhere to put our bags but they let small bags in.

The place is pristine and high-end but almost all the shops were closed. Found a jewelry shop open that sold quite beautiful but very expensive jewelry. Didn't spend much time in this place. If running on a tight schedule, this can be skipped.
