This is an OK park with a magnificent mirror-dome. Unfortunately, it is located too far away from the center of town.

The parc de la villette is ok. The museum visit is a timed entry, with visits for 4-7 and 5-12 years. The timed entry means one enters with 200+ families with their kids to see 10 interactive visits. It was not managed, and chaotic. We...More

This is a great park, although too far from the main attractions it's still worth a visit. I went there on foot for the Imagine Van Gogh exhibition and the walk was perfect - you can reach it walking down the Saint Martin channel through...More

We had about 2 hours to spare one afternoon while visiting Paris. The large green area on the map led me to believe, well, there would be a large green park, but instead there is only one area that is grassy. For kids who want...More

Good park, but the best part of it is to go and check the Géode and the shopping in the Science and Industry City.

Visited Easter sun day. There is a museum, childs slide/play area, cafe, shops, rides, amusements, football being played, joggers, river walkway. Very peaceful, relaxing and good for people watching. There is obviously lots of entertainment through the summer months, but we walked along the river,...More

This was the most relaxing park in Paris and only noise was birds, Chinese music for some old ladies. And there is interesting playground with very long slide for kids free of charge.

We learned the hard way, be sure you know beforehand which line and which Metro station are most suitable to your destination. As it was, we had a harried time trying to locate The Philharmonie. Walked the entire length, very poorly marked with signs, asking...More

Parc de la Vilette is the perfect spot to capture the first signs of springtime in Paris. On an early, chilly spring day, these beautiful magnolias in bloom are proof that that warmer days are just ahead.

Serene and away from the hoarding masses of Marais tourists. This is worth checking out from Holybelly post-brunch. The philharmonic hall is beautiful.

This futuristic landscape has come to define the
northeast of Paris. The Saint-Denis canal is framed
with luscious lawns and metallic buildings over a
wide-open space. Home to Europe's largest science
museum, this area rewards daytime and nighttime
explorations; there are three concert spaces, plus
cinemas and bars, and even open-air cinema in the
summer. The surrounding homes are a sharp contrast to
